5020 [fünfzigzwanzig] {fiftytwenty} is a non commercial and non profit contemporary artspace situated in the citycentre of Salzburg, Austria. Our focus lies on promoting emerging artists based in Austria. Within curated or themed group shows and projects we are open for international participation. We support innovative cutting-edge contemporary art practice as well as critical discourse on contemporary art and its social, cultural, economic etc. context.

The library specializes on various aspects of contemporary art and art theory, such as media-theory, art politics, cultural studies, gender studies, etc. In addition we provide a variety of art magazines, a small video collection (videos shown in previous exhibitions, documentation of discussions and lectures).
